Liquid waste treatment plant

The plant is designed to treat liquid waste. The specificity of these plants is the variability of the type of incoming wastewater and therefore the need to provide different types of treatment. The plant in question provides a series of compartments that can either be used in series for a complete chain or used in steps using the necessary compartments for proper treatment, depending on the incoming effluent. The plant has the following treatment chain:

• Pre-treatment with coarse screening and de-icing
• Desanding
• Fine screen
• Storage tanks
• DAF flotation
• De-oiling
• Physical-chemical treatment
• Biological nitro-denitro
• MBR compartment
• Osmosis
• Chemical dosing and lime
• Sand and carbon filters
• Technical water recovery circuit
• Air treatment
• Sludge treatment/dewatering

In addition to the various compartments, there is physical and chemical control instrumentation for each phase and an automation and control panel suitable for in-plant management or remote supervision.
